Ingredients Potato and shrimp gratin

Recipe for 4 people

  • 4 potatoes
  • 450 g of pink shrimp
  • 400 ml almond milk
  • 40 g of low-fat butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 ablespoon of mustard
  • 1 pinch of powdered nutmeg
  • 3 sprigs Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Shell the shrimp. Wash the potatoes without peeling them.
  2. Cook the potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Drain, peel and cut into large slices.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the cornstarch while whisking. Pour in the almond milk, stirring constantly. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with nutmeg. Add the mustard.
  4. In a baking dish, alternate slices of potatoes and shrimp. Cover with the sauce. Bake for 20 minutes at 210°
