Here is a complete and delicious dish that is perfect for any occasion Buddha Bowl . With its variations, it is presented in a bowl and is very successful for its balanced and healthy side.

Ingredients Buddha Bowl

  • 120 g cooked chicken breasts
  • 60 g cooked chickpeas
  • 4 cooked Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (level) of seed mixture
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt pepper

Preparation

  1. Drain the canned vegetables.
  2. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut it into strips. (For those who prefer it cooked, grill it for a few moments in a pan on each side).
  3. Cut the avocado into strips of the same size and remove the skin and the stone.
  4. Cut the chicken breast in the same way.
  5. Distribute the ingredients nicely in a bowl and sprinkle with seeds.
