TRADITIONAL HOT CHOCOLATE
For 2 people
Ingredients :
– 50 cl of milk
– 10 cl of water
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 1 vanilla pod
– 100 g of dark chocolate
– 2 cinnamon sticks
– 2 star anise (star anise)
Preparation :
- Seed the vanilla pod (keep the pod).
- In a saucepan, pour the milk, water, vanilla sugar, vanilla beans and pod. Mix well.
- Add the broken chocolate and bring to a low boil.
- Strain and serve in cups.
- Decorate with a little bitter cocoa, a cinnamon stick and a star anise.

Chocolat chaud intense
Ingrédients
-50cl d’eau
-50g de sucre en poudre
-80g de chocolat noir
-1 cuillère à café de poudre de noisettes
Préparation
1.Faites bouillir de l’eau et y faire infuser la poudre de noisettes. Ajoutez le sucre jusqu’à sa dissolution.
2.Incorporez ensuite le chocolat et laissez le fondre. Remuez.
3.Réservez quelques minutes, mélangez de nouveau et servez.
