What do by MCT powder ?

Vanilla chai latte

Ingredients:

  • A blend of chai spices
  • 2 doses of MCT powder (28g) preferably flavored
  • If you take a plain this powder, you will need to add a few drops of stevia
  • 15g of ghee
  • Optional: a dose of collagen

Preparation:

  1. Infuse the spice mixture
  2. In a blender, put the MCT powder, ghee, collagen (if you want to add it).
  3. Add the well-infused chai, and the stevia if your MCT powder is not flavored.
  4. Mix until you obtain a very homogeneous consistency.
  5. Enjoy hot!

This drink provides you with 30g of fat: it is ideal for snacking, to stabilize your blood sugar and give you energy and satiety. It can also be used as breakfast if you have added collagen!

Coconut-vanilla white chocolate bar

Ingredients for 3 thin tablets:

  • 100g raw cocoa butter
  • 20g of ghee
  • 60g vanilla MCT powder
  • 30g grated coconut
  • 12 drops of plain or flavored stevia/Erythritol.
  • 3 silicone molds in the shape of a chocolate bar

Preparation:

  1. Melt the cocoa butter and ghee in a bain-marie. Remove from fire
  2. Meanwhile, roast the grated coconut for 5-10 minutes in the oven so that it browns. Remove from oven when it turns brown
  3. Add the MCT powder to the cocoa butter and ghee, and mix well. (if your powder is plain, add the stevia drops).
  4. Add the grated coconut out of the oven, and mix well again.
  5. Taste and adjust the sweetness of the mixture by adding a little stevia if necessary
  6. Pour into the molds, and let cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving!
  7. Enjoy your food
