KIWI MOJITO

Quick and easy to make, this kiwi mojito is perfect for toasting with friends (and in moderation)!

INGREDIENTS KIWI MOJITO

PREPARATION

  1. Peel the kiwi and cut the flesh into small pieces. Strip the leaves and wash the mint. Cut the lemons into pieces.
  2. Divide the kiwi, mint and lemon between 4 glasses and crush them lightly with a pestle.
  3. Add crushed ice (or ice cubes) then pour 2 cl of cane sugar syrup, 5 cl of rum into each glass and top up with sparkling water.
  4. Mix with a cocktail spoon and serve chilled!
